Dear Sir,
I must lodge a complaint
in the strongest terms
about the behaviour of my colleague, Dr X.
On Saturday,
Dr X requested my presence in room 405
of the Alpha Medical Inn in Azabu Juban, Tokyo.
She was treating a patient,
Ms Y,
who confessed to having violent fantasies
and had been restrained.
My assistance was urgently required
so I went there with all haste.
As you know, I have been researching a radical new treatment
for violent patients,
involving the application of [Wartenberg pin-wheels](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wartenberg_wheel)
to sensitive parts of the body.
Dr X had already applied a wheel to Ms Y's nipples
but was seeing very little progress.
In stubborn cases such as these
I have found that simultaneously
stimulating the upper body
and the lower body
(using an even sharper pin wheel),
can result in a break-through.
With Ms Y's legs securely spread wide,
we proceeded to work together.
Ms Y struggled and protested
as is typical for an unstable patient.
I could tell we were on the edge of a break-through.
I suggested we remove her panties
but Dr X said it would be "indecent".
As the senior doctor,
I overruled her.
I released Ms Y's legs from the stirrups
and proceeded to pull down her panties.
I must have been distracted by Dr X's continued protests
because Ms Y managed to kick me in the chest
and I stumbled to the ground.
Before I could get back up,
she was somehow free of her restraints
and upon me.
Not only did Dr X not come to my assistance,
she joined in the attack!
The combination of surprise, violence
and Dr X's vice-like grip on my manhood
meant that I was quickly immobilised.
They immediately set about stripping me naked,
at which point they began mocking me
and laughing hysterically.
I enjoy a joke as much as the next person
but this was a step too far.
I have been informed many times,
most recently by my mother,
that my genitals are no laughing matter.
They then fastened me, spreadeagled to a bed
and proceeded to torture
the most sensitive parts of my body.
Medical instruments were used in highly inappropriate ways.
Ms Y threatened at various points
to remove my ears, nipples and teeth
and I am grateful to Dr X
for persuading her not to.
Ms Y then proceeded to shave my thigh
and sterilise it with alcohol
at which point she punctured my skin with 10 (ten!) needles.
Professionally speaking it was excellent work.
I would have told her so
but every time I tried to speak
she slapped me in the face.
At this point,
Dr X removed her own panties
and mounted my face.
She demanded that I "eat" her "pussy".
I refused.
She repeatedly struck my testicles with a riding crop.
Seeing no other option,
I began to perform enthusiastic cunnilingus on Dr X
(I believe that if a job is worth doing,
it's worth doing well).
Much to my dismay,
despite my skilful tongue bringing her visible and audible pleasure,
she continued to strike my testicles.
I enjoy non-consensual sexual activity
as much as the next person
but this was a step too far.
I have been informed many times,
most recently by my mother,
that my skills at cunnilingus
are well above average.
Having complied with her demands,
it was extremely poor form of Dr X
to continue to strike my testicles
with a riding crop.
What followed was approximately one hour
of utterly unprofessional behaviour from Dr X,
assisted by Ms Y.
I will not describe it in detail,
suffice to say that
I will be unable to attend your lectures
on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
for the foreseeable future.
I am utterly shocked by Dr X's behaviour today.
I have been nothing but kind and supportive of her.
Every day, I complement her
on her clothing, her physique and her odour.
Until now, her work has been excellent
and I often express my approval
through kind words
or an encouraging pat on the buttocks.
This is how she repays me?
Now I believe her to be mentally unstable,
unfit for her duties
and I can no longer work alongside her.
At first I feared we would have to terminate her employment.
This would be most unfortunate
as she has an excellent medical mind and body.
Out of kindness,
I wracked my brains for another solution
and thankfully,
I believe I have found one.
It is my expert opinion
that Dr X can be rehabilitated
and I would be willing to overlook this entire incident
if you were to require Dr X to undergo
daily private therapy sessions
under my exclusive supervision.
I have already begun intensive therapy on Ms Y,
who was captured soon after the incident described above.
She has had a remarkable change of attitude,
although there is much more work to be done.
I feel quite certain
that Dr X would benefit greatly
from several of my cutting-edge techniques
and could return to work
in just a matter of months.
Yours faithfully,
Prof Naruho Dofu M.D. B.Sc. B.Dsm.
P.S. Mother sends her regards.
